Prepay Coupons

Prepay coupons let you pay the current year's property taxes in smaller installments from February through September, reducing the amount due on November 30. Participation is optional, and you may also make prepayments without using coupons.

Coupon amounts are based on the previous year's property taxes and are intended as an estimate. Printing all eight coupons helps reduce your November balance but does not pay your property taxes in full.
